摘要
目的探讨健脾益肺汤治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月南京中医药大学附属淮安中医收治的60例小儿哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机法分为对照组(n=30例,予常规西医疗法)和观察组(n=30例,在常规西医疗法的基础上予健脾益肺汤治疗),比较两组患儿的疗效、哮喘发作次数和肺功能相关指标。结果治疗前,两组患儿的哮喘发作次数和肺功能相关指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的总有效率、第一秒用力肺活量(FEV1)和最大呼气流速(PEF)均高于对照组,哮喘发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肺汤治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的疗效十分显著,能够有效减少患儿的哮喘发作次数,使哮喘症状在很大程度上有所缓解,同时改善其肺功能。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yifei decoction on children with asthma in remission period.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,A total of 60 children with asthma admitted by Huai'an Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into control group(n=30,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(n=30,treated with Jianpi Yifei decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine).The curative effect,asthma attack times and lung function of the two groups were compared relevant indicators.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of asthma attacks and lung function related indexes between roups(P>0.05).after treatment,the total effective rate,FEV1 and PEF of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the number of asthma attacks was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yifei decoction on children's asthma in remission period is very significant,which can effectively reduce the number of asthma attacks,relieve asthma symptoms to a large extent,and improve their lung function.
