Objective To observe the effect of intervention of compound Yupingfeng powder in children with repeated respiratory tract infection and constitution of lung-qi deficiency. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of lung qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. In the interval period of repeated respiratory tract infection, the treatment group was given compound Yupingfeng powder for physical conditioning;the control group was not given Chinese and western medicine treatment. At the same time, the two groups of children should pay attention to eliminating the inducement, eating reasonably and improving the nursing methods. The frequency, severity and improvement of immune index of recurrent respiratory tract infection were observed in two groups within half a year after treatment. Results The treatment group was significantly better in frequency than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had better significant improvement in serum IgG,IgA and IgM levels than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intervention of compound Yupingfeng powder in Children with repeated respiratory tract infection and constitution of lung-qi deficiency is sifnificant. The mechanism may be associated with increase of the immunoglobulin level.
