摘要
延胡索药用历史悠久,是著名道地药材“浙八味”之一,2015版《中华人民共和国药典》收载紫堇属植物延胡索Corydalis yanhusuo的干燥块茎为正品延胡索药材。由于历史原因及各地用药习惯差异,有多种延胡索类植物干燥块茎也作延胡索药材使用,造成品种混乱,影响用药安全、有效。本文通过本草考证和文献比较研究,对延胡索类药材的历史沿革、植物来源、资源与分布、化学成分、功效及应用进行系统整理和总结,以期为药材鉴定及质量控制研究奠定基础,同时为延胡索类药用植物资源保护和合理利用提供参考。
The medicinal utility of Rhizoma Corydalis has a long history,which is one of the 8 famous genuine medicianl materials of“Zhebawei”.The dried tubers of Rhizoma Corydalis in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)was authentic crude drugs of Rhizoma Corydalis type.Because of the historical reasons and differences medication habits in various places,many dried tubers of Rhizoma Corydalis type were used as crude drugs of Rhizoma Corydalis,which caused confusion in varieties and affected the safety and effectiveness of the medication.This paper systematically summarizes the historical evolution,plant sources,resources and distribution,chemical composition,efficacy,and application of the crude drugs of Rhizoma Corydalis type through herbal research and comparative literature research,in order to lay the foundation for the identification and quality control study of medicinal materials,and to provide references for the protection and rational use of Rhizoma Corydalis type medicinal plant resources.
