摘要
目的探讨高职院校护理专业教师团队构建的有效策略。方法采取叙事研究法,从而发现社区护士对社区护理专业教师的角色期待。采取非结构访谈,发现社区护士对培训项目的收获预期。结果社区护士对护理专业教师的角色期待包括专业性与学术性的融合、丰富的临床经验、多学科交叉的背景等3方面。培训项目收获预期包括获得更多的法律知识、提升职业成就感、护理技能的社区适应性等3方面。结论从打破学科壁垒,团队合作开发课程、建设学校专业课教师与临床护理教师双向交流协作共同体、加强人文学科师资团队建设等方面探讨社区护理专业教师团队构建的有效策略。
Objective To explore the effective strategies for the construction of nursing teachers team in higher vocational colleges.Methods Narrative research method was used to find out the role expectation of community nurses to community nursing teachers.Unstructured interviews were conducted to find out the expectation from the training program.Results The role expectation of community nurses to nursing teachers included the combination of specialty and academy,rich clinical experience and multi-disciplinary background.The expected results of the training project include acquiring more legal knowledge,improving the sense of professional achievement and community adaptability of nursing skills.Conclusion Breaking down disciplinary barriers and developing curriculum by team cooperation,building a two-way communication and cooperation community between school teachers and clinical nursing teachers,and strengthening the construction of humanities teaching team can be considered to explore the effective strategies for the construction of community nursing teaching team.
