摘要
为了更好地保证汽车装配的准确性,维持汽车生产过程的稳定,该文提出一种装配性校核的方法,通过区分不同形式的装配类别,应用特定方法分析计算功能件装配过程中的定位及相关尺寸,判断装配点处设计的功能尺寸及公差是否合理,根据计算结果可及时发现功能件装配过程中存在的风险,输出相应的尺寸计算报告,指导汽车研发阶段设计更准确的定位结构及合理的公差。
In order to better ensure the accuracy of automobile assembly and maintain the stability of automobile production process,a method of assembly checking is proposed.Through distinguishing different types of assembly,it applies specific methods to analyze and calculate the positioning and related dimensions of functional parts in the assembly process,and judges whether the designed functional dimensions and tolerances at the assembly points are reasonable.According to the calculation results,risks existing in the assembly process of functional parts can be found in time,and corresponding size calculation reports can be output to guide the design of more accurate positioning structures and reasonable tolerances in the automobile research and development.
