摘要
某车型在开发过程中,转向系统存在力矩波动偏大的问题。利用ADAMS建立该转向系统的动力学模型,通过设计合理的相位角减小力矩波动,以输出轴的转速波动最小为优化目标,对中间轴的相位角进行优化设计。结果表明,在转向系统布置确定后,合理的相位角设计能有效降低力矩波动。为汽车传动系统的优化提供了参考。
During the development of a certain vehicle type,the steering system has the problem of large torque fluctuation.The dynamic model of the steering system is established by ADAMS,torque fluctuation is reduced by designing a reasonable phase angle,and the phase angle of the intermediate shaft is optimized by taking the minimum speed fluctuation of the output shaft as the optimization objective.The results show that reasonable phase angle design can effectively reduce torque fluctuation after the steering system layout is determined.It provides a reference for the optimization of automobile transmission system.
