摘要
目的:分析咸阳地区新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似及确诊病例临床和流行病学特征,为制定疫情防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法:根据国家卫健委《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控方案(第六版)》中的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例流行病学调查方案》,对2020年1月以来咸阳市中心医院收治的17例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例及30例疑似病例进行回顾性流行病学研究。结果:共收治47例疑似病例,其中确诊17例新冠肺炎患者,均通过实时荧光RT-PCR进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性,确诊病例经过积极抗病毒、对症治疗,截止发稿前17例全部治愈出院,疑似病患通过对症治疗,30例已全部解除隔离。结论:咸阳地区确诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中12例为有武汉接触史的输入型患者,3例非武汉地区接触史患者,2例无明确接触史;疑似病例主要包括20例输入性患者,5例与发热病例有接触史,5例无明确接触患者;在咸阳地区,临床表现疑似患者中确认病例共36.2%,CT影像确认病例80%。咸阳地区新冠肺炎患者多具有武汉旅居史以及武汉来咸人员密切接触史。
Objective:To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of suspected and confirmed cases of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) in Xianyang area,and to provide scientific basis for strategies and measures for epidemic prevention and control. Methods:According to "Prevention and control plan for COVID-19(sixth edition)" by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China,the epidemiological investigation was conducted based on the 47 admitted patients(17 confirmed and 30 suspected patients) in Xianyang Central Hospital since January 2020. Results:47 patients were admitted totally,and 17 cases were confirmed as COVID-19 patients through positive detection of novel coronavirus nucleic acid by real-time fluorescent PCR. All 17 patients had discharged from hospital after effective medical treatment so far. All 30 suspected patients left hospital after 14 days quarantine. Conclusion:Among the 17 diagnosed COVID-19 patients,12 cases had the contact history of Wuhan,and 3 cases had not the contact history of Wuhan,and the left 2 cases still can’t confirm the affection source. Among the 30 suspected patients,20 cases came from Wuhan area,and 5 cases revealed the contact history with fever patients,the left 5 cases can’t confirm the affection source. In Xianyang area,36.2% of the patients with suspected clinical manifestations were confirmed,and 80% of them were confirmed by CT images. In suspected patients,36.2% cases were confirmed by clinical manifestation,while 80% cases were confirmed by CT image. The patients with COVID-19 in Xianyang area have more history of Wuhan’s residence and close contacts with Wuhan personnel.
