摘要
5G、区块链、AI等新技术使得城市空间秩序得以重建,城市的认知和管理水平得以提升。中国改革开放40多年,逐步实现了工业、农业、服务业等的现代化,正在走向现代化的新阶段:智能化。在未来的新型城镇化和全球化的经济、技术革命中应处理好三方面的变与不变关系,即规划空间之变与思维本源的不变、行为方式之变与公众参与的不变、平衡模式之变与有机生长的不变,从根本上寻求适合城市的未来和未来城市的规划理念,创建自己的规划文明。
The new technologies, such as 5G, block-chain and AI, have enabled the reconstruction of urban spatial order and the better understanding and management of cites. After more than 40 years of reform and opening up, China has gradually realized the modernization of industry, agriculture and the service industry, and is moving towards the new stage of modernization – be intelligent. In the future of new urbanization and global economic and technological revolution, we should deal with the relationship between the things changed and the things unchanged properly in three areas: the changed planning space and the unchanged thinking origin, the changed behavior mode and the unchanged public participation, and the changed balance mode and the unchanged organic growth. We should fundamentally seek the planning concept suitable for the future city, and create our own planning culture.
