摘要
目的探讨应用微信小程序对提升血液病科医护人员手卫生依从率的效果,提升血液病科医院感染预防控制水平。方法采用微信小程序对血液病科医护人员手卫生依从率进行干预,比较干预前后血液病科患者医院感染情况及血液病科医护人员手卫生依从率的变化。结果干预后不同岗位医护人员手卫生依从率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医师手卫生依从率由干预前的62.75%上升至干预后的83.93%,护士由67.35%上升至92.55%,实习进修人员由50.00%上升至80.00%,保洁人员由47.62%上升至69.09%。干预后血液病科5个重要时刻手卫生依从率均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中接触患者前手卫生依从率由干预前的52.73%上升至干预后的79.26%,无菌操作前由57.69%上升至87.50%,接触患者体液后由52.08%上升至84.91%,接触患者后由46.67%上升至87.68%,接触污染环境后由37.97%上升至83.72%。干预后血液病科患者医院感染率从干预前的17.25%下降至7.97%(P<0.05)。结论应用微信小程序管理血液病科医护人员手卫生,对提升手卫生依从率效果明显,可增加医护人员手卫生的执行率,降低患者医院感染率。
OBJECTIVE To probe the effect of WeChat applet on improvement of hand hygiene compliance rate of health care workers of hematology department so as to boost the level of control of nosocomial infection in the hematology department. METHODS The hand hygiene compliance rate of health care workers of the hematology department was intervened by using WeChat applet, and the incidence of nosocomial infection and hand hygiene compliance rate of health care workers were observed and compared before and after the intervention. RESULTS There was significant difference in the hand hygiene compliance rate among the health care workers in different positions(P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance rate of physicians increased from 62.75% before the intervention to 83.93% after the intervention, the hand hygiene compliance rate of nurses increasing from 67.35% to 92.55%, the hand hygiene compliance rate of trainees increasing from 50.00% to 80.00%, the hand hygiene compliance rate of cleaning staff increasing from 47.62% to 69.09%.The hand hygiene compliance rates at 5 key time points were increased significantly after the intervention(P<0.05).The compliance rate of hand hygiene before contacting the patient increased from 52.73% before the intervention to 79.26% after the intervention, the compliance rate of hand hygiene before aseptic operation increasing from 57.69% to 87.50%, the compliance rate of hang hygiene after contacting with patient′s body fluids increasing from 52.08% to 84.91%, the compliance rate of hang hygiene after contacting with patient increasing from 46.67% to 87.68%, the compliance rate of hang hygiene after contacting with contaminated surroundings increasing from 37.97% to 83.72%.The incidence of nosocomial infection of the hematology department patients dropped from 17.25% before the intervention to 7.97% after the intervention(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Wechat applet can achieve remarkable effect on improvement of the hand hygiene compliance rate of the health care workers of hematology department, increase the execution rate of hand hygiene and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in the patients.
