摘要
根据拉链头零件结构,进行了分型分析,设计了压铸模具的浇注系统和冷却系统及顶出结构,并应用CAD/CAE技术进行工艺分析,完成锌合金拉链头压铸模具设计。应用结果表明,该模具满足生产要求,可获得满意的产品。
According to the structure of zipper head parts,the parting methods of die casting die were analyzed and determined,and then the gating system,cooling system and ejecting mechanism were designed and CAD/CAE technology was employed to analyze the rationality of die casting systems.After the die design completed,the die casting of zinc alloy zipper head parts was conducted.The produced products showed a satisfactory quality,and thereby the designed die can meet the production requirements.
