摘要
在分析提升机在换层过程中存在罐笼晃动、对罐困难等问题原因的基础上,提出了对换层速度上位机程序改造的思路,并对提升机不同工况下的操作方式给出了指导。经试验表明,改造后电控系统及操作方式能有效解决换层速度过快的问题,为实现提升系统的稳定性和可靠性奠定了基础。
On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the cage sloshing and the difficulty of the tank in the process of changing the hoist,this paper puts forward the idea of the program reforming of the upper machine with the change speed,and gives the guidance to the operation mode of the hoist under different working conditions.The experimental results show that the modified electronic control system and operation mode can effectively solve the problem of changing the layer too fast,which lays a foundation for the stability and reliability of the lifting system.
