摘要
基于热释电红外传感技术的拦人闭锁装置能够有效解决煤矿工人进入危险区域不能有效被发现和制止的痛点,同时可以明显区分人和其他物体的不同信号,避免了误动作。基于此,首先阐释热释电红外传感器的基本原理,并对该装置的结构及系统进行简介,提出了防人员误入装置在王家岭煤矿井下的几种应用方案,并对其效益和发展前景进行展望。
The lock-in device based on pyroelectric infrared sensing technology can effectively solve the pain point that the coal miners cannot be found and stopped when entering the dangerous area,and can distinguish the different signals of human and other objects obviously,thus avoiding the wrong action.Based on this,the basic principle of pyroelectric infrared sensor is first explained,and the structure and system of the device are briefly introduced.Several application schemes of the personnel-prevention device in the downhole of wangjialing coal mine are put forward,and its benefit and development prospect are prospected.
