摘要
针对露天矿山常用的钻孔设备1190E型牙轮钻机,在分析钻机破岩机理的基础上,对钻机的主要工作参数,包括轴向压力、回转扭矩、钻进速度、回转速度、排渣风量等五个主要工作参数进行了分析,以有效提高钻孔效率、增加钻机工作寿命,也为矿山实际生产提供理论参考。
Based on the analysis of drilling rig rock breaking mechanism,the main working parameters of drilling rig,including axial pressure,rotary torque,drilling speed,rotary speed,slag discharge air volume and other five main working parameters,are analyzed to effectively improve drilling efficiency,increase drilling rig working life,and also provide theoretical reference for mine practical production.
