摘要
目的:建立盆炎净胶囊的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析和主成分分析。方法:色谱柱为waters XSelect HSS T3 (4. 6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0. 5%醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长235 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。以芍药苷为参照,测定10批盆炎净胶囊指纹图谱;采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(版本2004A)"和SPSS 19. 0软件进行综合分析。结果:10批样品相似度均在0. 95以上,确认共有峰18个,并指认了3个已知化合物(马钱苷、芍药苷、原儿茶酸);聚类分析可将样品聚为2类;筛选出4个主成分因子,累积方差贡献率94. 696%。结论:该方法简单有效,可为盆炎净胶囊的质量控制提供一定的参考。
Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprints of Penyanjing capsule,and conduct cluster analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA).Methods Waters XSelect HSS T3(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)as analytical column and acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid solution as mobile phase in a gradient mode.Detecting wavelength was set at 235 nm.The temperature of column was at 25℃,the sample size was 10μL.Total 10 batches of Penyanjing capsule samples were determined by selected paeoniflorin as a reference.Comprehensive analysis was conducted by using Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM(2004 A edition)and SPSS 19.0 software.Results The similarities in 10 batches of Penyanjing capsule samples were greater than0.95.There were 18 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints and identified 3 compounds(loganin,paeoniflorin,protocatechuic acid).The samples were classified into two types according to CA.Four principal component factors were selected,and the cumulative contribution rate was 94.696%.Conclusion This simple and effective method can provide some reference for the quality control of Penyanjing capsule.
