摘要
骨质疏松和腰椎间盘退变是骨科临床常见的退行性疾病,两者存在相似的发病机制,骨密度值反映了骨质疏松的严重程度,其与椎间盘退变程度的相关性一直是研究热点。一种观点认为骨密度值与腰椎间盘退变的严重程度呈正相关,有观点则认为是负相关,也有学者认为没有关联。本文将对近年来骨密度与腰椎间盘退变的相关性作一综述,并探讨两者之间相关联的发病机制。
Osteoporosis and lumbar disc degeneration are common degenerative diseases in orthopedics.They share similar pathogenesis.Bone density mineral reflects the severity of osteoporosis,and the correlation between osteoporosis and lumbar disc degeneration has been a research hotspot.One opinion is that there is a positive correlation between osteoporosis and lumbar disc degeneration,and the other opinion is that there is a negative correlation between them.Some scholars believe that there is no correlation between them.This article reviews the relationship between bone mineral density and lumbar disc degeneration in recent year,and explores the related pathogenesis between them.
