摘要
开采程序直接关系到矿山的安全高效生产,影响矿山企业的发展及经济效益。为解决黑岱沟露天煤矿过断陷带开采程序问题,依据黑岱沟露天煤矿的煤岩赋存条件、矿山生产现状、工艺设备类型等因素,提出了3种开采方案。从经济、技术、安全三方面综合考虑与方案相关的评价指标,运用三维建模和模拟开采技术,定性与定量相结合对各指标确定了指标值。运用层次分析法与理想点法相融合的方法,建立综合评价指标体系模型,确定了最优的开采方案。
The mining sequence affects the safe and efficient production of mines and the development and economic benefits of mining enterprises.In order to solve the problem of mining sequence during the fault-subsiding area of Heidaigou open-pit mine,three mining methods are proposed based on the coal and rock occurrence conditions,mine production status and equipment types.The evaluation indicators related to the program from the aspects of economy,technology and safety and used the three-dimensional modeling and simulated mining technology,qualitative and quantitative combination to determine the values of each parameter.Finally,The AHP-ideal point method was used to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system model to determine the optimal mining plan.
