摘要
随着经济的飞速发展,城市的发展超过规划预期,加之老城区拆迁困难,导致新老城区对比强烈,老城区面临一系列问题,其中以"提升建筑外观形象、城市街区环境品质"为主的风貌改造设计工作为重中之重。论文从前期策略和建筑设计策略2个不同的角度出发,围绕旧城改造中的平屋面设计策略进行分析,为老旧建筑屋面改造工作提供具有可行性的方法。
With the rapid development of the economy, the development of the city exceeds the planning expectation, and the difficulty of demolition in the old urban area, resulting in a strong contrast between the new and old urban areas. The old urban area is facing a series of problems, of which the most important task is to improve the appearance image of buildings and the environmental quality of urban blocks.This paper analyzes the flat roof design strategy in the old city reconstruction from two different perspectives: the early strategy and the architectural design strategy, so as to provide a feasible method for the old building roof reconstruction.
