摘要
为提高新疆油田天然气压缩机组的热能利用效率,通过计算烟气余热潜力、设计余热利用工艺和装置参数,选择油田在用的2台天然气压缩机开展了烟气余热回收技术的先导性试验,试验表明,压缩机排烟温度由347℃降至45℃,压缩机组的热能利用率从20%提升至62.9%,年节能效益78.1万元,投资回收期2.3年,且安全性能稳定。该技术的应用,既解决了高温烟气的热能利用问题,又可有效减少高温烟气对空气的污染,是一项节能减排的实用技术,具有很好的工业应用前景。
In order to improve the unit energy utilization efficiency of natural gas compressor of Xinjiang Oilfield. By calculating the waste heat potential of the flue gas,designing the waste heat utilization process and device parameters. Two compressors with each power is 470 k W are selected to conduct a pilot experiment of the technology of waste heat recovery in flue gas. The experiment results show that the temperature of waste-gas is reduced from 347 ℃ to 45 ℃ and the compressor utilization ratio of thermal energy is increased from 20% to 62.9%. Besides, whichhas a stable safety performance. The project will create a considerable energy-saving benefits of780 thousand yuan annually. And the payback period of investment is 2.3 years. This technology not only solves the problem of heat energy utilization of high temperature flue gas, but also effectively reduce the pollution from high temperature flue gas to the air. With advantages of energy saving and emission reduction,the practical technology have good prospects for industrial application.
