投资水平、技术进步和产能过剩

Investment Level,Technological Progress and Overcapacity

摘要 采用2005-2016年中国30个省份工业部门面板数据,通过DSBM方法测度了各地区的产能利用率,使用DEA方法测度了各地区的技术进步水平,在此基础上,研究了投资水平对产能过剩的影响,并构建了“投资水平-技术进步-产能过剩”的中介效应模型。模型实证结果表明:各地区工业投资水平对其产能利用率有显著的消极影响;技术进步对产能利用率存在着积极影响;技术进步对投资水平和产能过剩存在着中介效应。 Using the panel data of industrial sectors in 30 provinces of China from 2005 to 2016,the capacity utilization rate of each region was measured by DSBM method,and the technological progress level of each region was measured by DEA method.On this basis,the impact of investment level on overcapacity is studied,and a mediating effect model of“investment level-technical progress-overcapacity”is constructed.The empirical results of the model show that the industrial investment level of each region has a significant negative impact on its capacity utilization rate;technological progress has a positive impact on capacity utilization;technological progress has a mediating effect on investment level and overcapacity.
