摘要
目的:观察乌灵胶囊联合阿普唑仑片对2型糖尿病失眠症患者睡眠指数的影响及临床疗效。方法:选取99例2型糖尿病发生失眠的患者,按照随机数字表分为对照组49例和治疗组50例,对照组给予镇静催眠药物阿普唑仑片治疗,治疗组予阿普唑仑片联合乌灵胶囊治疗。观察治疗期间空腹血糖(FBG)及糖化血清白蛋白(GA)水平;比较2组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分;观察2组患者总疗效及安全评价。结果:2组患者治疗后FBG与GA均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PSQI各项得分及总得分均较治疗前下降,治疗组各项得分较对照组均下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总疗效为80.0%,优于对照组的59.2%(P<0.05)。2组患者用药期间不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合阿普唑仑片治疗2型糖尿病失眠症,可更加有效降低患者FBG水平,改善患者睡眠时间与质量,增加总疗效,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wuling capsules combined with alprazolam tablets on the sleep quality index in patients with type 2 diabetes with insomnia and its clinical effect. Methods:Selected 99 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes with insomnia and divided them into the control group with 49 cases and the treatment group with 50 cases according to the random number table. The control group was treated with the hypnotic drugs of alprazolam tablets and the treatment group was given alprazolam tablets combined with Wuling capsules. Observed the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and glycated albumin(GA) during the treatment;compared Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores in the two groups before and after treatment;observed the total curative effect and safety evaluation in the two groups. Results:After treatment,FBG and GA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious when compared with that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,all the scores of PSQI and the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment and the decrease of all the scores in the treatment group was more obvious when compared with that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.0%,being better than that of 59.2% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence condition of adverse reactions in the two groups during the course of treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of Wuling capsules combined with alprazolam tablets for type 2 diabetes with insomnia can more effectively reduce the FBG levels in patients,improve the sleep time and quality of patients and enhance the total curative effect without increasing the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
