摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,中医药在治疗DR方面具有一定的优势。从非酶糖基化、蛋白激酶C(PKC)、多元醇通路、聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶(PARP)、炎症、细胞因子、氧化应激、血流动力学几方面对近年中医药治疗DR的机制进行综述,为中医药治疗DR提供新的思路与方法。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is one of the serious complications of diabetes. Traditional Chinese medicine shows some advantages in the treatment of DR. In order to provide the new ideas and methods for the treatment of DR with Chinese medicine, this paper summarizes the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DR in recent years from the following aspects, including non-enzymatic glycosylation, protein kinase C(PKC), polyol pathway, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP), inflammation, cytokines, oxidative stress and hemodynamics.
