国产3D面积测定仪表面积测定影响因素研究 被引量:3

Study on the affecting factors of surface area measurement by domestic 3D superficial measurement system

摘要 采用3台汇像PHS620BF型3D面积测定仪,通过对圆柱体、正方体、半球体、复杂体标准块以及4种不同颜色的亚光和反光亚克力标准块分别进行颜色和表面粗糙程度测试以及位置影响测试,发现:用4种不同颜色的亚光和反光亚克力标准块进行表面积测定时,仪器测定数据的精密度和准确度会受到不同程度的干扰,测定黑色标准块时仪器受到的干扰最大;对圆柱体、正方体、半球体标准块放置在工作平台边缘再进行测定时,仪器数据的准确度和精密度也会受到一定程度的影响。 In this test,the affects of color,surface roughness and placement on the Hui Xiang PHS620BF 3D superficial measurement system are studied by measuring the surface area of cylinder,cube,hemisphere and complex body standard blocks and four different color acrylic standard blocks which are matt and reflective surface respectively.It is found that the precision and accuracy of the measurement data are disturbed to different degrees when measuring the surface area of four color acrylic standard blocks.The system is most interfered when measuring black standard blocks.When the cylinder,cube and hemisphere standard blocks are placed on the edge of the working platform,the accuracy and precision of the measurement data are also be disturbed.
