SPE-气相色谱质谱法测定水中有机氯农药残留 被引量:2

Determination of OCPs residues in water by SPE-GC-MS

摘要 建立了固相萃取结合气相色谱质谱测定水样中有机氯类(OCPs)有机污染物的分析方法,比较了Florisil、C 18和Qasis HLB小柱对5种OCPs的萃取效率。结果表明,5种OCPs在质量浓度20.0~500.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.998,检出限均低于0.04μg/L。Qasis HLB的萃取效率最好,对超纯水的回收率为85.4~95.2%,相对标准偏差为2.9~5.6%;其次为C 18,回收率为80.3~92.5%,Florisil萃取效果最差,回收率在53.8%~95.3%之间。使用Qasis HLB小柱富集4种不同水源样品中的OCPs,回收率与方法验证结果一致,在85.8~95.4%之间。该方法稳定性好,准确度高,环境友好,适用于不同水源的OCPs富集,能够很好的完成水质监测任务。 In this paper,the extraction efficiency of five kinds of OCPs by three SPE columns(Florisil,C 18 and Qasis HLB)was compared.The result showed that the calibration curves were linear in the mass concentration range of 20.0-500.0μg/L,with correlation coefficients above 0.998,and the detection limits(LODs)for all five OCPs were below 0.04μg/L.The extraction efficiency of Qasisi HLB was the best,the recovery of ultrapure water was 85.4%-95.2%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)was 2.9%-5.6%.Followed by C 18,the recovery was 80.3%-92.5%,and the extraction efficiency of Florisil was the lowest.In addition,OCPs in four different water samples were enriched by Qasis HLB,the recoveries were 85.8%-95.4%,which were consistent with the results of method validation.This method have good stability and high accuracy,and is suitable for water quality monitoring.
