摘要
目的研究川崎病冠状动脉损害与发热持续时间的相关性。方法选择海南省妇女儿童医学中心,海南省儿童医院2016年1月至2019年1月纳入的87例川崎病患儿作为研究对象,通过冠状动脉损害检查结果分为2组,其中48例为川崎病合并冠状动脉损害作为研究组,另39例川崎病无冠状动脉损害为对照组,收集并整理所有研究对象的基本资料,观察其发热持续时间,同时检测WBC、PLT、CRP、Hb及ALB水平,分析川崎病冠状动脉损害与发热持续时间的关系。结果研究组发热持续时间>10 d占60.42%,明显高于对照组30.77%(P<0.05)。2组在WBC、PLT、CRP及ALB水平上比较,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。将上述有差异资料带入Logistic回归方程计算,结果发现CRP、发热持续时间是川崎病冠状动脉损害的影响因素。结论川崎病冠状动脉损害与其发热持续时间密切相关,另外CRP也是影响患儿冠状动脉损害的因素之一,应受到临床重点关注。
Objective To study the correlation between coronary arterial lesion adn the duration of fever in Kawasaki disease children.Methods 87 Kawasaki disease children treated from January 2016 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected and assigned to study group(Kawasaki disease with coronary arterial lesion,n=48)and control group(Kawasaki disease without coronary arterial lesion,n=39)according to the coronary arterial lesion conditions.The general data was collected;the duration of fever was recorded;the values of WBC(white blood cell count),PLT(platelet count),CRP(C-reactive protein),Hb(hemoglobin)and ALB(albumin)were detected;the relationship between coronary arterial lesion and the duration of fever was analyzed.Results The ratio of children with a duration of fever>10 d in the study group(60.42%)was significantly higher than that of control group(30.77%)(P<0.05);the values of WBC,PLT,CRP and ALB between groups were significantly different(P<0.05).According to Logistic regression equation,the influence factors of coronary arterial lesion included CRP contents and the duration of fever.Conclusion The coronary arterial lesion has a close correlation with the duration of fever and CRP is another influence factor of coronary arterial lesion,which should be much concerned in clinical practice.
