摘要
廉洁风险防控管理系统是集预防、监控、处置于一体的医院信息化管理方式,是新形势下开展反腐倡廉工作的新要求和新途径。同济大学附属第十人民医院通过"制度+科技"的方式建立了OA、药品运营信息分析系统、防统方系统、纪检APP、人脸识别系统等特色信息化平台,对医院职务权力、职业权力、患者满意度、供应商诚信度等"两权两度"开展全方位、全过程监控,助推廉洁风险防控管理。在实践中不断探索完善,创新工作方法,增加审批要点提醒功能,进一步优化信息化平台,让权力在阳光下运行,形成"不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐"氛围,发挥医院廉洁风险防控管理系统在医院加强党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉工作中的重要作用。
