摘要
通过对761份调查问卷进行分析,对当前大学生劳动意识现状有了较为清晰的认识。总体来看,大学生劳动意识基本正确,但仍存在劳动认知模糊、尚未树立劳动平等观念、劳动价值取向功利化等问题。针对这些问题,提出了拓宽学校培养途径、优化社会舆论风气、加强家庭劳动教育、提升主观劳动意识等主要对策。
Through the analysis of 761 questionnaires,we have a clearer understanding of the current situation of college students’ labor consciousness. Generally speaking,most college students have relatively corrected labor consciousness,but some students have problems such as obscure labor cognition,lack of labor equality concept,and utilitarianization of labor value orientation. In viewof these problems,we have proposed major countermeasures such as broadening the paths for school cultivation,optimizing the public opinions,strengthening family labor education,and raising subjective labor awareness.
