摘要
间隙密封作为一种最简单的密封形式,主要利用运动件之间存有微小间隙起密封作用。由于间隙大小和均匀性对密封性能影响很大,因此这种密封对零件的几何形状和表面加工精度有较高的要求。间隙密封优点是摩擦力小,发热少,寿命长,且不用任何密封材料,结构简单紧凑,尺寸小。应用于无滑差双管单带取芯钻具的回转间隙密封可避免发生卡滞故障,减小摩擦阻力矩,降低能耗、提高取芯率,采用合理间隙密封方式对我国实施月面无人自动深层月壤采样并安全返回至关重要。
As the simplest sealing form,clearance seal was mainly used in the small clearance between moving parts to seal.Because the size and uniformity of clearance have a great influence on the sealing performance,this kind of seal has a higher requirement on the geometric shape and surface processing accuracy of parts.The advantages of clearance seal are small friction,less heating,long service life,and no need for any sealing materials,simple and compact structure,small size.Rotary clearance seal applied to non-slip double-tube single-belt coring drill can avoid stuck fault,reduce friction resistance moment,reduce energy consumption and improve core-taking rate.It is very important to adopt reasonable clearance seal for the implementation of unmanned automatic deep lunar soil sampling and safe return on the lunar surface in China.
