摘要
探讨ALS型便携式呼吸机在陆军野战急救中的应用效果,选取陆军野战急救中救治的131例危急重症患者,其中应用了ALS型便携式呼吸机施行医疗救治的患者疾病类型包括心肺复苏71例,急性、慢性肺病36例,急性脑血管疾病11例,外伤10例,急性左心衰3例,经ALS型便携式呼吸机施行现场救治92例,转运救治39例。ALS便携式呼吸机体积小且便于携带,可用于院前急救、现场急救行心肺复苏,也可用于急救转运过程中,建立有效的呼吸通道,在其陆军野战急救中发挥了重要的辅助治疗作用。
To investigate application effect of ALS portable ventilator in field first-aid of army.131 patients with emergent and severe symptom in army field who received medical rescue by using ALS portable ventilators were selected.In these patients,the disease types of them included cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR,71 cases),acute and chronic pulmonary disease(36 cases),acute cerebrovascular diseases(11 cases),trauma(10 cases),acute left heart failure(3 cases).Besides,92 cases were implemented treated on field by using ALS portable ventilator,and 39 cases were transported to implement further treatment by using this ventilator.ALS portable ventilator is small in size and convenient to be carried.It can be used in pre-hospital first aid,on-site first aid of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.In the process of first aid transportation,it can also be used to establish effective respiratory channel.It plays an importantly assistant treatment effect in the field first aid of army.
