智能输液监控管理系统的质量评价与分析 被引量:9

Quality evaluation and analysis of intelligent infusion monitoring and management system

摘要 目的:评价临床使用的智能输液监控管理系统,加强其产品质量管理。方法:选取3家医院临床使用输液治疗的60例患者,按照输液管理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例;观察组采用KC-SY800A智能输液监控管理系统管理输液治疗,对照组采用常规人工监测管理输液治疗。对比分析两组输液相关事件发生情况,智能输液监控管理系统的安全性、有效性、可靠性及售后服务,两组输液操作护士和患者及家属的满意度。结果:观察组输液滴速过快事件和输液相关呼叫响铃次数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.258,χ^2=11.256;P<0.05),智能输液监控管理系统使用过程中未出现不良事件与严重不良事件。采用Likert 5级评分法进行满意度评价,观察组操作护士的工作量得分低于对照组,输液速度及顺序监控和液体配置计划性得分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-5.950,t=8.980,t=3.286;P<0.05);观察组患者及家属对监测安全性满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.858,t=3.788;P<0.05);对减轻监测负担满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.783,t=3.120;P<0.05)。结论:智能输液监控管理系统具有较好的安全性、有效性和可靠性,无不良事件发生,但尚需在输液控制模块、应用程序(APP)移动终端、监控软件(护士站)及床位一览表等方面进行改进。 Objective:To evaluate the intelligent infusion monitoring and management system of clinical application so as to strengthen management for the quality of product.Methods:60 patients,who received clinical infusion treatment in three hospitals,were selected,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the different methods of infusion management.The observation group used KC-SY800A monitoring management system with intelligent infusion to manage infusion treatment,and the control group used conventional artificial monitoring to manage that.The occurrences of relevant events of infusion,safety,effectiveness,reliability and after-sales service of monitoring and management system with intelligent infusion,the satisfactions of nurses who operated infusion,patients and family members of patients of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The number of infusion velocity that was too fast and the number of infusion-related ring times of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(χ^2=10.258,χ^2=11.256,P<0.05).No adverse events and serious adverse events occurred during the use of the monitoring management system with intelligent infusion.Likert 5 grade score method was adopted to evaluate satisfaction.The workload score of the nurses who implement operation of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the infusion velocity and the scores of sequential monitoring and liquid configuration planning were significantly higher than those of control group(t=-5.950,t=8.980,t=3.286,P<0.05),respectively.The satisfactions of patients and their family members on monitoring safety of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(t=2.858,t=3.788,P<0.05),respectively.For reducing surveillance burden,the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(t=3.788,t=3.120,P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent infusion monitoring and management system has good safety,effectiveness and reliability,and it doesn’t had adverse events,but it still needs to be improved in series aspects include the infusion control module,application(APP)mobile terminal,monitoring software(nurse station),bed list and others.
