摘要
目的:分析自制TOMO模体与Cheese模体及ArcCheck三维探测器模体阵列用于螺旋断层放射治疗系统(TOMO)调强计划实施剂量验证的差异。方法:选取10例患者的TOMO调强放射治疗计划,分别使用自制TOMO模体、Cheese模体及ArcCheck矩阵进行计划验证,并使用A1SL型电离室测量两种模体感兴趣区点绝对剂量。采用γ通过率分析方法,设置γ通过率剂量误差(DD)均为3%、吻合距离(DTA)分别为2 mm、3 mm、4 mm和5 mm的4种不同剂量标准,分析评估验证情况。结果:采用剂量偏差与吻合距离分别为3%/2 mm、3%/3 mm、3%/4 mm和3%/5 mm的4种不同剂量标准,γ≤1的平均通过率均>92.3%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种模体所测点绝对剂量偏差<3%,偏差无统计学意义(t=-0.25,P>0.05)。结论:自制TOMO模体与Cheese模体、ArcCheck三维探测器阵列在调强计划剂量验证及测量性能上具有良好的一致性,自制TOMO模体可用于TOMO旋转模式下的剂量测量。
Objective:To analyze the difference of self-made TOMO phantom,Cheese phantom and ArcCheck 3 dimensional(3D)detector matrix that were used in intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)plan of TomoTherapy(TOMO)system in implementing dose verification.Methods:Self-made TOMO phantom,Cheese phantom and ArcCheck matrix were adopted respectively to implement plan verification for IMRT plan of TOMO system of 10 patients,and A1SL ionization chamber was used to measure the absolute dose of the point in region of interest(ROI)of two kinds of phantoms.The analysis method ofγpassing rate were used to set dose difference(DD)ofγpassing rate(it was 3%),and to set their distances to agreement(DTA)in 4 kinds of different dose criteria included 2 mm,3mm,4mm and 5mm,respectively.And then,the verification results were analyzed and assessed.Results:When DDs and DTAs were respectively 4 kinds of dose criteria(3%/2mm,3%/3mm,3%/4mm and 3%/5mm),and whenγwas≤1,all of average passing rates>92.3%,and the differences of average passing rates among selfmade TOMO phantom,Cheese phantom and ArcCheck 3 dimensional(3D)detector matrix were no significant(P>0.05).And the deviations of absolute doses of measured points of two kinds of phantoms were less than 3%,and the difference of the deviations between two kinds of phantoms was no significant(t=-0.25,P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-made TOMO phantom has a good consistency with Cheese phantom and ArcCheck 3D detector matrix in dose verification of IMRT plan and measurement performance,respectively.The self-made TOMO phantom can be used in the dose measurement under TOMO rotation mode.
