摘要
线粒体作为氧化代谢的主要场所,在低氧损伤中首当其冲。低氧诱导的线粒体能量代谢障碍与多种疾病相关,如心肌缺血/再灌注损伤、癌症等,探究线粒体能量代谢在低氧诱导的有关疾病中的作用对于临床疾病的治疗及特殊环境医学、航空航天医学等的发展都具有重要意义。本文将从线粒体结构及功能、低氧诱导线粒体能量代谢障碍及其与疾病发生发展的关系三个方面进行阐述。
Mitochondria,an important cellular platform of oxidative metabolism,is the first to be affected in hypoxia.Defective mitochondrial function especially the defective energy metabolism induced by hypoxia has been invoked in diverse disorders,such as myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,cancer,etc.Thus exploring the role of mitochondrial energy metabolism is of vital significance for treatment of diseases and development of special environmental medicine and aerospace medicine.Here we elaborate on the structure and function of mitochondria,hypoxia-mediated mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder and its role in disease development.
