基于离散元法的振动破碎机破碎性能仿真优化分析 被引量:2

Simulation and optimization analysis of crushing performance of vibration crusher based on discrete element method

摘要 为提高振动破碎机的破碎性能,考虑矿石的异形特征与其内部间的力学特性,运用三维逆向建模技术,得到典型钨矿石3种外形的云点数据,构建了异形多级内聚颗粒的几何及力学模型;利用离散元软件EDEM对破碎机工作过程进行仿真分析,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,建立破碎性能评价指标的多元回归模型及响应曲面,对试验结果进行参数优化。优化结果表明:在外锥转速为46.5 r/min、内锥振动频率为42.8 Hz、给料速度为72.6 kg/s时,振动破碎机破碎性能最优。实际破碎试验结果表明:仿真试验结果与实际试验结果在数值上存在一定偏差,但两者变化趋势及相互之间大小关系基本一致,表明了所建颗粒模型的可靠性,以及使用离散元法优化振动破碎机破碎性能的可行性。 In order to improve the crushing performance of the vibration crusher,considering the special-shaped characteristics of the ore and its internal mechanical characteristics,the three-dimensional reverse modeling technology is used to obtain the cloud point data of three typical shapes of tungsten ore,and the geometric and mechanical model of the special-shaped multi-level cohesive particles is constructed;the simulation analysis of the working process of the crusher is carried out by using the discrete element software EDEM,and the combinational design of quadratic regression orthogonal rotation is adopted,the multiple regression model and response surface of the crushing performance evaluation index are established,and the parameters of the test results are optimized.The results show that when the outer cone speed is 46.5 r/min,the inner cone vibration frequency is 42.8 Hz and the feeding speed is 72.6 kg/s,the crushing performance of the vibration crusher is the best.The actual crushing test results show that there is a certain deviation between the simulation test results and the actual test results,but the changing trend and the size relationship between them are basically the same,which shows the reliability of the particle model and the feasibility of using the discrete element method to optimize the crushing performance performance of the vibration crusher.
