实体器官移植术后常见机会感染的用药管理 被引量：10

摘要 器官移植是器官功能衰竭的最终治疗手段。由免疫抑制剂的长期使用及患者术后机体功能的降低,环境中常规不致病的微生物及寄生于体表或肠道中的正常菌群,均可能引起实体器官移植(solid organ transplantation,SOT)术后患者的感染。当移植接受者出现感染性综合征时,早期特异性诊断和快速、积极的治疗对于患者康复至关重要。对于SOT术后患者的机会性感染,主要可以分为病毒感染、真菌感染、结核等几大类。下面对导致机会感染的致病菌及相关治疗药物进行简述。
