摘要
根据中医临床医师培养特点和名中医成才规律,在继承和发扬传统中医师带徒模式同时,通过借鉴现代学徒制培养模式的新理念和人才培养方案研制路径,解决中医师承教育缺乏标准化、系统化、规范化问题;运用现代信息技术构建综合远程视频教学系统,解决中医师承教育时间、空间和师资限制问题。有效突破中医师承教育带教老师不足、培养标准不一、医院难以大规模接受临床见习生、学校教室与教学医院距离远、患者不愿在除主诊医生外暴露身体和病情等中医临床医师规模化培养的瓶颈问题,在一定程度上促进中医药事业的传承发展。
To solve the problems of lack of standardization,systematization and normalization of TCM master-apprentice education according to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinician training and the law of nurturing famous TCM doctors,in the meantime of inheriting and carrying forward the mode of handing-down teaching of TCM,and by referring to the new concept of modern apprenticeship training mode and the way of developing talent training program.To solve the problems of time,space and teacher limitations of TCM master-apprentice education by using modern information technology and building a comprehensive remote video teaching system,.To effectively break through the bottleneck problems in TCM master-apprentice education and large-scale clinical training,such as insufficient teachers,different training standards,the difficulty for hospitals to accept clinical interns on a large scale,the far distance between school classrooms and teaching hospitals,the difficulty that patients are unwilling to expose their bodies and conditions to people who are not their attending doctors.To promote the heritage and development of traditional Chinese medicine to some extent.
