摘要
目的分析人参荣血汤对结肠癌化疗患者近期疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2016年7月~2018年9月我院收治的中晚期结肠癌患者91例,将其随机分为观察组47例、对照组44例,对照组给予FOLFOX化疗,观察组联合人参荣血汤,比较两组治疗两个周期后临床疗效、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化以及治疗毒副作用。结果两组患者治疗总有效率及临床获益率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+水平显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后对照组患者上述指标水平显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心呕吐、腹泻、外周神经炎等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人参荣血汤联合FOLFOX化疗治疗中晚期结肠癌,可有效保护患者免疫功能,降低化疗毒副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Renshen Rongxue decoction on the short-term efficacy and immune function of colon cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 91 patients with middle and advanced colon cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=44). The control group received FOLFOX chemotherapy. The observation group was combined with Renshen Rongxue decoction. The clinical efficacy, changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and treatment of side effects after two cycles of treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and clinical benefit rate between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05), and the levels of the above indicators in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and peripheral neuritis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rensheng Rongxue decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced colon cancer can effectively protect patients’ immune function and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
