摘要
粤港澳大湾区是我国开放程度最高、经济活力最强的区域之一,湾区内高校承担着培养新时代创新型、应用型人才的重任。但各高校在商务英语专业人才培养方面存在目标不清晰、定位不明确,课程设置缺乏灵活性与多样性,培养途径缺失、师资力量薄弱等问题,导致人才培养缺少创新能力和应用技能,不能适应湾区经济发展。基于粤港澳大湾区发展规划,高校应从社会需求及商务英语专业特色着手,重新审视人才培养目标,重视素质培养,突出国际化、复合型和应用型特点;调整课程设置,培养跨学科、多领域的复合商务英语技能型人才;重视"双师型"教师培养,提高师资队伍实践教学能力,从而促进大湾区人才创新、科技创新和产业创新,为商务英语专业人才培养模式打开新的探索思路。
Guangdong, Hang Kong and Macao Great Bay Area is one of the regions with the highest degree of openness and strongest economic vitality in China. The universities in the Bay Area bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating innovative and applied talents in the new era. However, there are some problems in the universities such as the unclear goals in the training of business English professionals and the unclear positioning, the lack of flexibility and diversity in the curriculum, the lack of training channels and weak teacher resources, which will lead to the lack of innovation and application skills in talent training and hinder the economic development of the Great Bay Area. The paper holds that universities should make their plans based on the plan of the Great Bay Area and consider the social needs and business English professional characteristics to re-examine the talent training objectives of their university, attach importance to quality improving, highlight the characteristics of internationalization, adjust the curriculum and cultivate interdisciplinary business English talents, enhance "double-skilled" teacher training, improve the practical teaching ability of the teaching staff so as to explore the path for business English talent cultivation.
