摘要
该文主要探讨了肺结核合并糖尿病患者临床治疗的效果问题,从而为肺结核合并糖尿病的防治提供有益的参考。文章首先对于肺结核合并糖尿病的特点与发病机理进行了简单的分析与阐述,明确其治疗的重点;然后对于肺结核合并糖尿病临床诊断的方法以及临床诊断标准进行分析,为后续的临床治疗打下坚实的基础;最后从血糖控制、肺结核治疗,以及饮食调理3个方面详细探讨了肺结核合并糖尿病临床治疗的有效方法,以提高临床治疗的效果。
This article mainly discusses the effect of clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes,and provides a useful reference for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis with diabetes.The article firstly analyzes and expounds the characteristics and pathogenesis of tuberculosis with diabetes,and clarifies the focus of its treatment.Then it analyzes the clinical diagnosis methods and clinical diagnostic criteria of tuberculosis with diabetes,laying a solid foundation for subsequent clinical treatment.Finally,from the three aspects of blood glucose control,tuberculosis treatment,and diet conditioning,the effective methods of clinical treatment of tuberculosis with diabetes were discussed in detail to improve the effect of clinical treatment.
