摘要
通过浸渍法制备一种负载型磷钨酸铜催化剂Cu-HPW/TiO2-ZrO2,并将其用于催化湿式氧化处理煤气化生产废水。采用XRD、BET手段对催化剂进行了表征,结果表明该催化剂结构稳定、比表面积大。通过催化湿式氧化实验,得到磷钨酸最佳负载量为50%,反应的最佳条件为反应温度220℃,催化剂用量8g/L,氧分压2 MPa,pH9,COD去除率均保持在95%以上,表明该催化剂具有较好的催化活性。
A supported copper phosphotungstate catalyst Cu-HPW/TiO 2-ZrO 2 was prepared by the impregnation method and used for catalytic wet oxidation treatment of coal gasification wastewater.The catalysts were characterized by XRD and BET which results show that the catalysts have stable structure and large specific surface area.By catalytic wet oxidation experiments,the optimal load of phosphotungstic acid was 50%,and the optimal conditions for the reaction were as follows:reaction temperature of 220°C,catalyst amount of 8g/L,oxygen pressure of 2 MPa,pH 9.The COD removal rate was maintained above 95%indicating that the catalyst has good reactivity.
