男男性行为人群HPV持续感染者外周血T淋巴细胞及血浆IL-2、IL-4水平分析 被引量:5

Levels of Peripheral Blood T Lymphocytes and Plasma IL-2 and IL-4 in MSM HPV Patients with Persistent Infection

摘要 目的分析男男性行为人群(MSM)人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染时外周血CD3^+T、CD4^+T、CD8^+T、Treg淋巴细胞及血浆IL-2和IL-4细胞因子水平。方法在前期"男男性行为人群乙型肝炎病毒感染对人乳头瘤病毒持续感染的影响"动态队列中招募HIV阴性MSM,采集研究对象肛周脱落细胞及静脉血,收集其社会人口学及性行为相关特征。结果共纳入120例HIV阴性MSM受试者,外周血CD3^+T、CD4^+T、CD8^+T、Treg淋巴细胞及血浆IL-2和IL-4细胞因子水平在HPV持续感染、持续阴性及持续感染状态未定组间及低危、高危及混合型HPV感染组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);HPV感染率为54.17%,持续感染率为20.00%;主要性行为特征自我认知为同性恋、发生肛交使用安全套、商业性行为及毒品使用在HPV持续感染、持续阴性及持续感染状态未定三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究未发现MSM人群HPV持续感染时外周血T淋巴细胞及血浆细胞因子水平改变;自我认知为同性恋、发生肛交使用安全套、商业性行为及毒品使用是MSM HPV持续感染的危险因素。 Objective To explore the levels of CD3^+T,CD4^+T,CD8^+T,Treg lymphocytes and plasma IL-2 and IL4 cytokines in peripheral blood of men who have sex with men(MSM)when they acquired persistent infection of human papillomaviruses(HPV).Methods Subjects of HIV-negative MSM were recruited in the dynamic cohort of"the effect of coinfection with Hepatitis B virus(HBV)on human papilloma virus(HPV)persistent infection in men who have sex with men".The perianal exfoliated cells and venous blood of the study subjects were collected,and their sociodemographic collected.Results peripheral blood CD3^+T,CD4^+T,CD8^+T,Treg T lymphocytes and plasma IL-2 and IL-4 cytokines showed no statistically significant difference between the groups with HPV persistent infection,continuous negative and undetermined persistent infection status,or between the groups with low risk,high risk and mixed HPV infection(P>0.05).The HPV infection rate and the persistent infection rate of MSM were 54.17%and 20.00%respectively.The differences in self-perception of homosexuality,use of condoms in anal sex,commercial sex and drug use among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion No changes were observed in the levels of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and plasma cytokines in MSM population with persistent HPV infection.The self-perception of homosexuality,use of condoms in anal sex,commercial sex and drug use were risk factors of MSM HPV persistent infection.
