四川大学华西医院2017年住院医师规范化培训结业考核结果分析 被引量:30

Analysis of the examination result of residents’ standardized training and achievement in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in 2017

摘要 目的收集并分析四川大学华西医院2017年住院医师结业考核情况,以期为进一步实现住院医师培养同质化提供借鉴依据。方法收集四川大学华西医院2017年381名住院医师基本信息和结业考核成绩,采用χ^2检验按不同身份类型、不同学历层次对其理论考核、技能考核、整体通过情况进行比较。结果不同身份类型住院医师在理论考试(χ^2=1.3849,P=0.7091)、技能考试(χ^2=3.3631,P=0.3390)、总体考核(χ^2=4.2747,P=0.2333)及不同学历层次住院医师理论考试(χ^2=0.4175,P=0.8116)、技能考试(χ^2=0.4614,P=0.7940)、总体考核(χ^2=0.6800,P=0.7118)的差异均无统计学意义。结论四川大学华西医院住院医师培养已基本实现同质化产出的目标。 Objectives To analyze the resident achievement assessment data of West China Hospital of Sichuan University in 2017,so as to provide experience for further realization of homogeneity in residency training.Methods We extracted the 381 residents’achievement assessment data of West China Hospital of Sichuan University in2017,and compared data in the theory,skills and the overall passing scores of residents with different status types and different academic levels throughχ^2 test.Results The results of the theory test(χ^2=1.3849,P=0.7091),skills test(χ^2=3.3631,P=0.3390),overall assessment(χ^2=4.2747,P=0.2333)showed no statistically significant difference in residents with different status.The result of the theory test(χ^2=0.4175,P=0.8116),skills test(χ^2=0.4614,P=0.7940)and the overall assessment(χ^2=0.6800,P=0.7118)showed no statistically significant differences in residents with different academic levels.Conclusions It can be concluded that the residency training in West China Hospital of Sichuan University has achieved homogeneity.
