摘要
通过采用含聚醚侧链的非离子型水性聚氨酯实现对油井水泥石的韧性化改造,用以解决常规聚氨酯(PU)同水泥浆配伍性差的问题,并探究了不同水性聚氨酯加量下对水泥石各项工程性能的影响因素,优化出了适用于酸性地层封固的水泥浆配方体系。结果表明,5%非离子型水性聚氨酯的增韧效果最佳,配浆流动性高,压缩强度稳定在20 MPa以上,稠化时间4 h可控,弹性模量控制在5 GPa以内,表现出了较高的强度和较好的增韧效果。
The non-ionic waterborne polyurethane containing polyether side chain was used to realize the toughness transformation of oil well cement stone,solve the problem of poor compatibility between conventional polyurethane( PU) and water mud,and explore the influence factors of various engineering properties of cement stone under different amount of waterborne polyurethane,and optimize the cement slurry formula system suitable for acid formation sealing. The results showthat the toughening effect of 5% non-ionic waterborne polyurethane is the best,the fluidity of the slurry is high,the compressive strength is stable above 20 MPa,the thickening time is controlled within 4 h,and the elastic modulus is controlled within 5 GPa,showing a higher strength and better toughening effect.
