摘要
目的观察氯吡格雷联合尤瑞克林辅助治疗脑梗死的效果及对其血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年2月山东省青岛市中医医院收治的脑梗死患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与参照组各49例。参照组给予基础治疗,观察组在参照组基础上加用氯吡格雷联合尤瑞克林。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能评分、意识状态评分、血流动力学指标、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果观察组患者总有效率为93. 88%高于参照组的77. 55%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后2组患者神经功能评分及意识状态评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后2组患者全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及全血高切黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后2组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论氯吡格雷联合尤瑞克林辅助治疗脑梗死效果较好,对患者神经功能的修复具有积极意义,能降低患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平。
Objective To observe the effect of clopidogrel combined with eurekaline in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on serum inflammatory factor levels. Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Qingdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected. Random number table method was used to divide the observation group and the reference group,each of 49 cases. The reference group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given clopidogrel combined with eurekalin on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy,neurological score,consciousness score,hemodynamic indicators,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93. 88% higher than 77. 55% in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the neurological score and consciousness score of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the low-cut blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,and high-cut blood viscosity of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with eurekaline has a good effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction,has a positive significance for the repair of neurological function in patients,can reduce serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels.
