摘要
目前国内抗战文献典藏、整理和利用主体尚未真正形成合力,在国际交流合作中缺乏吸引力和竞争力。为促进相关工作向纵深发展,文章从学理上对建设国家级抗战文献中心的必要性、可行性及其组织架构、工作机制等基本问题做了初步探索。
At present,the institutions engaged in the international exchange and cooperation of the Anti-Japanese War literature in China are scattered and disconnected.This paper discusses the necessity of establishing a unified execution institution from three dimensions of domestic literature reservation,collection and utilization,and designs its organizational structure and working mechanism,which provides a theoretical exploration for standardizing and promoting related work.
