摘要
目的:通过对比糖尿病患者的不同体质、不同经络的经络能量值,探讨糖尿病患者体质与经络能量的关系。方法:选取郑州市中医院糖尿病科诊治的2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者109例,统计比较不同体质患者的经络检测值的差别。结果:109例患者中,阴虚质46例(42.20%),平和质33例(30.28%),气虚质12例(11.01%),阳虚质10例(9.17%),痰湿质5例(4.59%),湿热质2例(1.83%),血瘀质1例(0.92%)。阴虚质患者左侧三焦经经络检测值明显高于平和质患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),右侧胆经经络检测值明显低于平和质患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);气虚质患者右侧心经经络检测值明显高于平和质患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),右侧胆经经络检测值明显低于平和质患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴虚质和气虚质是糖尿病最常见的体质类型,阴虚质患者胆经和三焦经与平和质患者经络值水平差异较大,气虚质者心经和胆经与平和质者经络值水平差异较大。
Objective:To explore the relationship between constitution and energy of meridians through the comparison of different constitution and energy value of meridians in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 109 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) diagnosed and treated by the Department of Diabetes in Zhengzhou Hospital of TCM were selected to compare the difference of meridian test values of patients with different constitutions.Results:Among 109 patients,46(42.20%) had yin deficiency constitution,33(30.28%) had mild constitution,12(11.01%) had qi deficiency constitution,10(9.17%) had yang deficiency constitution,5(4.59%) had phlegm dampness constitution,2(1.83%) had damp heat constitution,and 1(0.92%) had blood stasis constitution.The test value of the left triple energizer meridian in yin deficiency patients was significantly higher than that in the patients with mild constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Their detection value of the right bile channel was significantly lower than that of the patients with mild constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The detection value of the right meridian of patients with qi deficiency constitution was significantly higher than that of patients with mild constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Their detection value of the right bile channel was significantly lower than that of the patients with mild constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yin deficiency and qi deficiency are the most common physical types of diabetes mellitus.There is a great difference in the level of the meridians of gallbladder and triple energizer of the patients between yin deficiency constitution and mild constitution.And there is a great difference in the level of the meridians of heart and gallbladder of the patients between qi deficiency constitution and mild constitution.
