摘要
提出了一种基于3D扫描和3D打印技术开发制作工艺品的方法,并通过制作人脸面具实例,验证了该方法的可行性。采用3D扫描、Geomagic软件修复和3D打印技术,可以降低正向设计难度,避免开发模具,实现工艺产品的快速复现和数字化创新设计,有效缩短企业产品开发周期,降低生产成本。
This paper proposes a method of developing and manufacturing crafts,based on 3 D scanning and 3 D printing technology.The feasibility of this method is verified by making face mask as an example of face mask.By using 3 D scanning,Geomagic software repair and 3 D printing technology,It can reduce the difficulty of forward design and avoid the development of mold.The rapid reproduction of process products and digital innovative design can be realized.The product development cycle of the enterprise can be effectively shortened,and the production cost can be reduced.
