摘要
为保证主隧道盾构施工阶段地铁运营的安全与稳定,需对隧道轮廓外3m范围进行加固,加固区域位于河道之中,需要在水上进行施工,采用免共振振动锤打设钢管桩用于打设施工平台。施工范围内以砾卵石和强风化泥质细粉砂岩为主,常规工艺无法施工,故采用MJS工法对隧道轮廓外3m范围进行加固;由于加固区域上部为在运行地铁4号线区段,故MJS工法不方便垂直施工,需斜向施工,首先采用D80钻机打设斜孔,放入PVC管,然后进行MJS斜向施工,最终完成了隧道轮廓外3m范围内的加固。深隧工程施工期间,地铁4号线的沉降和位移均在设计规范要求内。
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the subway operation in the shield construction stage of the main tunnel,it is necessary to reinforce the scope of 3 m outside the tunnel contour. The reinforcement area is located in the river channel,and the construction needs to be carried out on the water. The steel pipe pile is driven by the vibration free hammer to set up the construction platform.Within the construction scope,gravel and strongly weathered argillaceous fine siltstone are mainly used,and the conventional process is unable to construct,so MJS method is used to reinforce the area 3 m outside the tunnel contour. Because the upper part of the reinforcement area is in the operation Metro Line4 section,MJS method is not convenient for vertical construction,and oblique construction is required,first drill inclined holes with D80 drilling machine,put PVC pipe,and then carry out MJS oblique construction. Finally,the reinforcement is completed. During the construction of deep tunnel,the settlement and displacement of Metro Line 4 are all within the requirements of design specifications.
