摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,我国工程承包企业“走出去”的脚步不断加快,随之而来的社会责任(CSR)问题也不容忽视.从利益相关者角度出发,结合国际工程特点及现状,采用经验确定法建立国际工程承包商CSR履行评价指标体系,对已获得指标进行筛选并完善后,构建包含3个层次的国际工程承包商CSR评价指标体系;采用ANP(网络层次分析法)的思想,构建包含指标间相互影响关系的ANP网络模型;利用专家咨询、数据分析等方法对各层指标进行重要度排序,并通过Super Decisions软件计算得出各指标的权重,从而确定国际承包商CSR履行时应着重注意的方向,为我国国际工程承包商在社会责任的履行方面提供建议.
With the One Belt and One Road initiative,the pace of“going out”of China s engineering contract enterprises continues to accelerate,and the following corporate social responsibility(CSR)problem cannot be ignored.From the perspective of stakeholders and in combination with the characteristics and current situation of international engineering,the empirical method is adopted to establish an evaluation index system for CSR performance of international engineering contractors.After the obtained indexes are screened and improved,a CSR evaluation index system of international engineering contractors with three levels is constructed.Using ANP(analytic network process),an ANP network model containing the mutual influence relationship between indicators is constructed.The index of each layer is ranked by the method of data analysis of expert consultation,and calculate the weight of each index through Super Decisions software.In this way,the direction that international contractors should pay attention to are determined,when fulfilling CSR,and the suggestions for Chinese international contractors to fulfill their social responsibility are provided.
