钛网修补幼羊颅骨缺损模型及行为学评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用钛网对颅骨缺损的幼羊进行修补并对其进行行为学评估。方法:雌性小尾寒羊20只,随机分为对照组(10只)和钛网修补组(10只)。对照组为正常饲养的小尾寒羊。钛网修补组为1月龄幼羊制成颅骨缺损模型,使用钛网对缺损进行修补。观察幼羊的行为学变化24个月,对两组幼羊的神态和行动能力、采食行为、反刍行为等进行评估。结果:钛网修补组幼羊的行为学评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用钛网对颅骨进行修补不影响幼羊正常的生长发育。采用钛网修补颅骨缺损的幼羊模型,为进一步研究颅骨缺损的修补方法提供了新的研究方向;行为学检测也为颅骨缺损修补的动物模型的评价提供了新的实验依据。 Objective:The young sheep of skull defect were repaired with titanium mesh and did an behavioral assessment.Methods:Twenty female small-tailed cold sheep were randomly divided into a control group(10)and a titanium mesh repair group(10).The control group was the normal-bred small-tailed cold sheep.The titanium mesh repair group made a skull defect model for 1 month old young sheep,and used titanium mesh to repair the defect.The behavioral changes of the young sheep were observed for 24 months,and the stance and action ability,feeding behavior and ruminant behavior of the two groups of young sheep were evaluated and scored.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in behavioral scores between the titanium mesh repair group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of titanium mesh to repair the skull does not affect the normal growth and development of young sheep.A young sheep model using titanium mesh to repair skull defects provides a new research direction for further research on repair methods of skull defects;The behavioral test also provides a new experimental basis for the evaluation of animal models of skull defect repair.
