摘要
需求响应的提出对于解决我国电力供需矛盾以及峰谷负荷差逐年加大的问题起到了明显的作用。分时电价作为需求响应常用的一种手段,采用价格激励的形式引导用户合理用电,从而达到削峰填谷的目的。以计及分时电价的用户需求响应研究方法为主旨,首先,分别从供电成本和用户负荷曲线的角度介绍了现有的峰谷时段划分方法;然后,从价格弹性、统计学原理以及消费者心理三个方面重点介绍了需求响应建模方法,并探讨了需求响应建模的影响因素;最后,对上述方法进行了分析和总结。
The proposal of demand response has played a significant role in solving the contradiction between the supply and demand of electric power and the problem that the load difference between peak and valley increases year by year.Tou price,as a common means of demand response,adopts the form of price incentive to guide users to use electricity reasonably,so as to achieve the purpose of peak cutting and valley filling.Based on the user demand response research method that takes into account the time-of-use electricity price,firstly,the existing peak-to-valley time division method is introduced from the perspective of power supply cost and user load curve.Then,introduces the demand response modeling method from price elasticity,statistical principle and consumer psychology,and explore the influencing factors of demand response modeling.Finally,the above methods are analyzed and summarized.
