摘要
目的综合护理对预防颅脑内动脉介入栓塞术患者术后血管并发症的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属中山医院就诊的80例颅脑内动脉介入栓塞术术后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用综合护理,比较术后血管并发症发生情况。结果试验组观察指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对预防颅脑内动脉介入栓塞术患者术后血管并发症效果显著,值得在临床推广。
Objective The significance of comprehensive nursing in preventing postoperative vascular complications in patients with intracranial arterial embolization. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in zhongshan hospital affiliated to dalian university, 80 cases of cerebral artery interventional embolization in postoperative patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 40 cases take routine nursing care, experimental group 40 cases in the control group on the basis of using comprehensive nursing care, vascular complications following surgery. Results The observation index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective in preventing postoperative vascular complications in patients with interventional embolization of intracranial artery.
